Sri Nirwana Maju is one happening Indian restaurant in Bangsar. It's just next to AmBank, the place is always packed from noon to night, 7 days a week. More happening then any bistros/pubs in that area.

My thoughts:
When it comes to banana leaf rice, no body beats Sri Nirwana Maju.
The best ever!!! Numero UNO!!! Terpaling bagus sekali!!! 一番!!! 超級無敵!!!
(of course... this is only my own prejudice!!! >ip LOL~)
Everytime I dine here, I'll sure become a happy boy after that!

this deep fried bitter gourd is EPIC!!! This is the most happening dish!!!

cucumber salad
fragant rice with dal
the papadum here always fresh & crispy 
ayam goreng (deep fried chicken)
iced chill teh 'O' ais limau (iced lime tea)
If you feel that banana leaf rice is too much for you, try other dishes, their thosai, mihoon goren with ayam, chapati, sotong goreng, maggi mee goreng, etc... are AWESOME too!!!
Give it a try, and u know what I mean... TRUST ME!!!

Mouth watering, do you still remember that there was a vegetarian Indian Restaurant on the second level shoplot in front of the MPH bookstore in bangsar? I missed that a lot. Good vegetarian Indian food.
that shop...sadly closed down few years oredi.
Bangsar is no longer the bangsar we used to know.
there are 2 shopping complex now in telawi:
1) Bangsar Village: rebuilt on top on old Hankyu Jaya;
2) Bangsar Village 2: on top of where Hakka Seafood restaurant used to be...
MPH has moved to BV & BV2... Kenny Rogers no longer existed there... KFC tutup...
Wah, that place not easy to find parking, is it? And urm, not bad ah u ... can take spicy food d :P
