Good morning to all my fellows Neo-MALAYSIAN Brothers & Sisters!
this is the new beginning...
I pray that the newly elected government will serve the people better, bringing more progressions+advancement for the country, bringing greater joy+love+harmony among us.
A buddy of mine - D1 of Band of Brothers invited me to join him for a paintball game at Kg. Sungai Pusu, a small village located at the border of Selangor and Pahang (about 45mins drive).
The Environment It's a forrest... a durian orchard to be precise. Lots of greens, natural terrain, and smell like a jungle too! An EXCELLENT place!
This is the Admin+Registration+Amunition Depot Booth. Where you make your registration, collect your ammunitions, reload, etc...
What makes Dusun Ali's paintball battlefield interesting, is the natural terrain - a small up hill slope.
The Equiptment
The Briefing This is really important, regardless you are a veteran or a newbie, because every battlefields or games have their own rules and regulations. Stick with the house rules, accidents & problems will be minimised.
And let the game begins... This would be my first experience to be on an actual paintball battlefield. I didn't play as a player, but on a more subtle role/noble mission - a Battlefield Journalist.

The Team Meet the team: 01) Torn; (sorry didn't manage to capture the team photo...) 02) Rambo 4; 03) Tyco; 04) Band of Brothers;
I look forward to my next visit here, as I'll be whopping everone's ass!

Have fun!
"Remember... This is a gentlemen game... We are here to have fun, not make war." famous quote by D1 of Band of Brothers.
This is is very useful information. Please pass it on to your friends and family... especially the women folk!
The next time you are stopped by persons who claimed they are plain clothes police, you are under no obligation to answer their questions or follow their orders, lawyers told Malaysiakini today.
"Policeman who is not wearing his uniform does not have the authority to stop anyone," lawyer and human rights activist Sivarasa Rasiah said.
Sivarasa was commenting on the alleged gang-rape of an 18-year-old Uni student by four men claiming to be police officers on New Year's Eve. The girl said that her car was stopped in Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur and were asked by the men to open the car bonnet. She was then told that she had committed an offence and ordered to follow the men to a police station. The girl was driven in her car along the North-South expressway to the Tapah-Cameron Highlands road before she was raped in an oil palm estate.
This incident, and many others, have sparked confusion over the procedures which motorists must follow when flagged down by the police. "The most common problem is that most people take instructions without determining if the other person is really a cop," lawyer Annie Santiago said.
However, if you are stopped by a uniformed policeman, then you are required to stop. But you need not get out of the car because you are not expected to do so, Santiago said. He other rule to follow is to provide your identity card only when you are asked to do so. "Even then, you should get his ID first to confirm if he is a cop. There is no harm in calling the relevant police station to verify if he is supposed to be on duty that day," Sivarasa said.
Both lawyers said that motorists should never follow an officer to the police station unless one is under arrest. "If you are not sure, and your instincts tell you that something is wrong, then drive off to the nearest police station and lodge a report," Sivarasa said.
In response to the alleged gang-rape of the 18-year-old, Women's Aid Organisation executive-secretary Ivy Josiah called on the police to launch an education program to teach the public about their rights to prevent them from being victimised by bogus police officers.
Procedures to follow in the event you are stopped by uniformed police Officers while driving:
Stop the car and wind down your window.
If the police officers ask for your documents, request to see their
IDs first.
If you are satisfied about their identity, ask them if you are being
summoned, and for what offence.
Produce your identity card and driver's license and wait to collect
your summon ticket.
In the event that the police officers ask you to follow them to the police station:
Ask if you are under arrest and for what offence.
If you are not under arrest, you have the right to leave.
In the event you are flagged down by persons you believe could be plain clothes police:
Do not stop because plain clothes police officers do not have the
authority to stop you.
Drive to the nearest police station and lodge a report. (The same
procedure applies to pedestrians)
In the event the police come to your house:
Do not let them in before checking their IDs.
If you are not satisfied, phone the nearest police station and
confirm if they had been sent to your house.
You are under no obligation to allow them into the house if they
don't have a search warrant.
Do not go with them if you are not under arrest.
In the event persons who claimed to be plain clothes police come to your house:
Do not let him in because they do not have the authority to do so.
Lodge a report at the nearest police station.
PLEASE PASS IT ON..........

If you are looking for a nice place to have dim sum during weekends or public holidays, Hong Kei Dim Sum is a good choice. It's located at SS22, or another more familiar name - Damansara Jaya.
It's just beside RHB Bank, outside Atria Shopping Complex (near the KFC exit).
the environment
My thoughts: These are my favourites...
Siew Mai
Fish Balls
Woo Kok
Century Egg Porridge
Char Siew Bao
Jasmine Tea
Facts: I believed Hong Kei Dim Sum got the most ceiling fans installed... -_-"
Marco's Pizza is located at quite a strategic location. It's directly accross the LRT station at Kelana Jaya. However, parking is a problem.
Marco's Pizza @ Kelana Jaya
Marco's Pizza is an "open" concept restaurant, where customers get to see the kitchen's activities. The kitchen as a see-through glass window.
Besides that, there's a "pizza" bar counter, where you can choose to sit, dine and see, how the chefs prepare your pizzas with fresh ingredients.
Another intersting sight worth mentioning, is this huge stone oven, where the chef bake your pizzas. You don't get to see that often in Klang Valley.
the environment
another "Pirates of the Caribbean" fever...
My thoughts: We've been here many times. Personally, my favourite is the pizzas (however Little Italy in KK, Sabah is still the best for me!!!).
so we had: Hawaiian Pizza - Regular, thin crust
Penne Royale with spaghetti
Passion Fruit and Orange
Generally, it's a nice place to have dinner!
However, try to avoid going there during weekends, especially Saturday night. I've bee there a few weekends before, they have problems handling large crowds. Due to shortage of staffs? You'll get unpleasant experience at weekends. However, weekdays nights are fine!
another endorsement by wildchild... -_-"
Facts: The seafood restaurant a few shops away - King Crab, is under the same group.

Swensen is a colourful, vibrant, & sweet restaurant. Regardless who visits the place, (i.e. an adult, a couples, or kids...), and they always come out with a happy face! ^0^
It's like a happy land!
the environment
My thoughs: The food & beverages here are ok, 'cos that's not their main business. Normally, people go there for the ice-cream, and it's also a nice place to chill out too (NO ALCHOHOL for me).
and tonight we had:
Top-less Five, with our choices of toppings.
It's a good choice for 2 person sharing.
and it only cost:
Good deal ^0^
Facts: On every Tuesday, Swensen will be packed with happy crowds! Everyone is there to eat EARTHQUAKE for 50% OFF!!!
Sushi Tomo had gain some recognition since it started business a while back.
The owner is a Korean, however, I think the wife is a Japanese. Very unique duo (if you know what I mean)! ^0^

My thoughs: We enjoy the nice environment here. We like the food, and happy with the price. And tonight we had:

Fresh Raw Salmon hand roll
Beef Bulgogi
Japanese Garlic Fried Rice
Miso Soup, comes with the Fried Rice
Spider Maki
& this is our total bill, reasonable right?
Facts: I believed Sushi Tomo is the 1st Sushi restaurant, introduced "touch-screen" menu in Klang Valley... pretty cool!
digital menu - with Touch Screen features
They are open for lunch too. Set Lunch Promo.
According to my buddy - Seth.Frost, many of his gal frens, like his GF and my GF... likes to go Sushi Tomo, besides the nice Sushi there... another reason is to check out this chef - a young good looking lad (-_-"), with talented skills in japanese cuisine. We believed he's the owner's son (but again we could be wrong).
To be honest, I stopped going there for awhile, as the last visit, he wasn't there, and the food quality dropped. We thought that's it. However, recently Seth.Frost went, and ensured us that the food is still nice. Perhaps the "hensumu"* chef wasn't around. hehehehehe~
